I don’t know what to say to my friends when something is wrong. It’s always the same problem with me and I’m afraid that they’re sick and tired of hearing it. I know my problem is silly, and I wish I could get over it. Now, I just keep everything to myself.

Maybe you should see a counselor/therapist?

It's okay to deal with the same problem for too long. And I understand why your friends might be annoyed because at the end of the day we are all human beings with only a certain amount of tolerance.
If you still want to share problems and are not comfortable with not talking about them, I would say see a counselor or make new friends. Sometimes opening up to a complete stranger is also very helpful because a stranger who doesn't know you at all and wasn't previously familiar with your problem gives a very neutral opinion to you. I have sought help from strangers and I have been myself a stranger to whom people opened up to.

Try doing one of these things. Feel better. :-)

Hey, I totally get you when you say your friends might be sick of hearing the same things over and over again too but you know what, keeping things to yourself is not the solution. You need to take certain things out of your system otherwise you'll just be stuck in that cycle and it'll turn into a recurring thing. So, don't let that happen. It's only healthy to vent out all that's troubling you.

Also, if not a counselor, you can take to blogging regularly about whats bothering you or speaking to some blogger online if that will help. Ya?

Take care.
